THE USA
The Fulbright Program is the flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government and is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. Approximately 8,000 competitive, merit-based grants are awarded annually in most academic disciplines and fields of study.
The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified Turkish graduate students to study at the graduate level (i.e. Master’s Grant, PhD Grant, PhD Dissertation Research Grant) in the United States. Turkish scholars may apply to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions and are eligible for Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Grants. In addition, students and teachers are also eligible for the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program.

THE UK
Studying at the graduate level in the UK is another option. There are numerious sources of funding that offer scholarships and grants. For instance Chevening Scholarship is an important goverment funding offered for postgraduate education fully or partly, a one-year Master’s degree, in any subject and at any UK university. EUROPE
The Erasmus Programme is a well-known EU exchange student programme that fosters growth of international studying by offering excellent chance of experience abroad, with more than 4000 students involved in the programme. with a certain time limit which is minimum of three months, students can decide on the duration they stay abroad. Any student studying in a partner institution can apply for an Erasmus Scholarship.

MEVLANA STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME
Students registered at any higher education (i.e. undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate programs) can participate in this student exchange program. It is aimed with the program that students continue part of their education in another higher education institution which is a party of Mevlana Exchange Programme Protocol. The length of the scholarship is limited , which is at least one, at most two terms. However, students at preparatory or first year of an undergraduate program and postgraduate and doctoral students studying at preparatory or scientific preparatory terms cannot apply for the programme. FARABİ STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME
